The switch to our plastic bottles took place in the 1990s. Up until then, an empty bottle weighed 182 g, but the switch to plastic meant that a weight of 20 grams per bottle could be achieved. We have already mentioned in one of our posts what this means for material production, transport and the associated CO2 emissions. But what was another important reason for the switch?
Your safety. 🦺
Especially when you're delirium-ridden, it can happen that the bottle of eucalyptus bath slips from your wet fingers and lands on the hard tiled floor. The probability that this event will result in broken glass and tears is high. And because we don't want to make you cry if you're ill or otherwise restricted, we've decided to play it safe. Especially considering that our solution products are for all age groups and that your fingers don't work quite as well if you have arthritis, for example. For us, more safety means more functionality. And more functionality means faster recovery.
