• Sauna: Add 1 tsp. of sauna oil to the water pot (5 liters of water), then pour the infusion over the hot stones as usual. Never put sauna oil directly on the hot stones!
• Diffuser: variable depending on diffuser size – 3–18 drops.

  Alcohol, Limonene, Citrus aurantium dulcis oil, Valeriana officinalis root extract, Menthol
  
• HELFE Sauna Infusion SPRUCE 50 ml – Spruce:
  Picea abies leaf oil/Isobornyl acetate, Alcohol, Pinus pumilio leaf oil
  
• HELFE Sauna Infusion VITAL 50 ml – Rosemary / Hay Flower:
  Alcohol, Rosmarinus officinalis leaf oil, Limonene, Melaleuca leucadendron cajaputi oil, Camphor, Menthol, Thymus vulgaris flower/leaf oil, Lavandula hybrida oil, Rose flower oil, Hayflower extract
  
• HELFE Sauna Infusion EUCALYPTUS 50 ml – Eucalyptus:
  Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, alcohol

Discontinue use immediately if skin irritation or allergy occurs.
