    Usage

    • HELFE Lip Balm 10 ml:
      Use for regular lip care.
    • HELFE Breathe Easy Balm for Adults 48 ml: 
      Supportive treatment for cold symptoms. Apply HELFE Breathe Easy Balm for Adults several times a day on the chest and/or back and feet.
    • HELFE Eucalyptus Bath 200 ml:
      Dosage 15 ml per full bath; bath time approx. 20 mins.; bath temperature approx. 35 °C.
    • HELFE Mitizyn Cream 40 ml – the all-purpose cream:
      It is used as a night cream, for dry skin and after shaving. It has a cooling and soothing effect on sun-reddened skin and after insect bites. It is a boon for open corners of the mouth and for the reddened nose during colds.

    Im Winter - irgendwer ist immer erkältet. Zur Luftbefeuchtung mit Eukalyptus über den Thermomix oder Thymianextrakt in der Badewanne. Mitizyncreme darf sowieso nicht in der Hausapotheke fehlen!

    Gerade in der Herbst/Winterzeit gehört das Erkältungsset bei uns einfach dazu. Bei den ersten Anzeichen werden auch die
    Kinder abends gleich mit Thymianextrakt gebadet. Die Mitizyncreme wird ohnehin Sommer und Winter durchgehend verwendet.
    Mein Favorit ist der Lippenbalsam. Gerade bei Erkältungen hat man oft die Nase und die Lippen offen. Wir tragen den Lippenbalsam vor dem ins Bett gehen auf und morgens ist alles wieder gut. Einfach TOP
